WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY?

Head to the Heart; Faith Stepping Stones; Bible Song Cross+Gen; and Cross+Gen Stewardship, Advent and Lent membership resources can be returned to Faith Inkubators within 30 days from the date of invoice. Returns of membership resources are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee. Faith Inkubators will not accept returns of Cross+Gen Advent or Lent fewer than three weeks prior to the start of the season for which they are written.

Head to the Heart and Bible Song journals can be returned to Faith Inkubators within 30 days from the date of invoice. Returns of Head to the Heart and Bible Song journals are subject to a $2.00 per journal restocking fee.

All returns must be received in resalable condition. To ensure Faith Inkubators receives returned products in resalable condition, please do NOT return them in the box used to ship them to you. Please use a new, unused box and pack and seal them well. Any items received in non-resalable condition will NOT qualify for full or partial credit.

Faith Inkubators will not accept returns of these items: FAITH5 bookmarks, music CDs, sign language DVDs, “Welcome . . .” booklets, “Holding Your Family Together” books, courses or course workbooks, “Let’s Kill Sunday School” books, Family Bible Adventures, or any products purchased as part of a special promotion.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS, OPTIONS AND TIMEFRAME?

Books and journals have a “per item” shipping & handling fee. Shipping costs for other products and resources are based on weight.

You can learn the shipping costs for your order at any time by selecting the “View Cart” option.  After entering your zip code, you will be shown the shipping costs for your current order. Faith Inkubators reserves the right to add a $5.00 surcharge to orders shipped to residential addresses.

Faith Inkubators ships orders via UPS, USPS Priority, USPS 1st Class and USPS Media Mail. Faith Inkubators reserves the right to chose the best method of shipment based on cost and estimated delivery date. To request a specific method of delivery or a specific delivery date or expedited shipment, please contact Faith Inkubators at 888-55FAITH or info@faithink.com.

Customers from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands: Faith Inkubators’ published shipping & handling fees apply to orders shipped within the continental United States. If your order results in additional shipping & handling fees, Faith Inkubators will contact you in advance of shipment to let you know the updated shipping & handling fees.

International Customers : The online store is only able process shipping & handling fees for addresses within the 48 continental United States. DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Orders originating outside the state of Minnesota will not be charged sales tax.

If your organization is located in Minnesota and is tax-exempt, the MN Dept of Revenue requires us to have a physical copy of your organization’s tax-exempt certificate on file. If you are a first-time customer or aren’t sure if your certificate is on file, please fax a copy of your certificate along with your contact information to Faith Inkubators Customer Service at 651-430-2377.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Faith Inkubators accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  We also accept payment by check (in addition to the previously named credit cards) for orders submitted to us via the US Postal Service.  Checks should be payable to Faith Inkubators in U.S. funds.

For verification and security purposes, you must enter your credit card information EXACTLY as it appears on your credit card statement. Mismatching credit card information may lead to a card being declined and a delay in your order.



DOES YOUR ONLINE STORE ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

At this time, the online store does not take international orders.  To place an order for shipment outside the United States, please fax your completed Membership Agreement to 651-430-2377 or give us a call at 651-430-0762. We will be happy to take your international order over the phone.  You may also contact our Membership Department with any questions at info@faithink.com.   

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR PRICES?


Our goal is to be as accurate as possible in displaying our online prices.  In certain instances, though, we may get a case of "happy fingers" and inadvertently type in an incorrect price.  We must reserve the right not to honor those prices.  Thanks, in advance, for your understanding!
